ESRC SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The Eastern Shore Running Club established a scholarship fund with the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore in 2017. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a graduating high school student who attends school in Wicomico, Worcester, or Somerset counties or at Delmar High School.

2024 will be our sixth year awarding this scholarship, and the amount is $1,000 for two students.

To see the other requirements and apply for the 2024 scholarship, view the Scholarship Application and submit the completed application, along with other required materials, to scholarship@esrclub.org.

One of the required materials is a running resume. Click here to see an example. You don’t have to be fast — if you’re not a state champion, that’s OK. Think about how you have improved your times or interesting events you have participated in.

Applications are due via email by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024.

To donate, visit cfes.org/donate and select “Other Fund,” then type in "Eastern Shore Running Club Scholarship” in the comments section.
